You're going to be the first to receive it. You'll get your copy before I get my final version - I hope they print it well! Please would you let me know when it arrives, whether yours was printed in the US or in the Netherlands so that I'll know whether they used the same or different printers.

I'm trying to figure out the twitter at the moment, or maybe I'm thinking about it too deeply! I'm dollseye, but I only started writing in it tonight, there isn't much there yet.

I cannot find a note about where it was printed. Usually it's near the front of the back. The return address on the package is from San Francisco, if that helps.

The copy I bought to check it out before I published it publicly was printed in the Netherlands. Blurb've got 2 printing places, 1 in Netherlands and 1 in San Francisco. I hope they did a good job with the printing and binding. Also, very much hope you like it.....
