A friend purchased this piece & doesn't know what it means (it's on a shirt). Anybodies?

It says "Original Buuten Akindo", Buuten Akindo apparently being a Japanese fashion brand that specializes in retro Japanese styles.

Buuten literally means Plentiful Heaven, and Akindo means a purveyor of goods.

Further details: the two kanji in the big circle say Buuten, and the four kanji framing it to the left and right say "Registered Trademark".
