This appears to be some kind of promo item from 7-11 stores in Japan right now. We're thinking it's a Stitchie alarm clock. Time to wake up and pull some Halloween tricks!

They have promos in the 7-11s in Japan? The only promos we get are like, Big Gulps for 99 cents. :(

You are correct. The text at the bottom says "Die-cut alarm clock". Or rather "daikatto mezamashi dokei".

Aha! I'm trying to assemble a set - there's yet more junk on Yahoo. They did a similar Halloween promotion last year.
