OK, so, this is just a little promo fan that a company called J:Com evidently gave out to advertise Lilo & Stitch: the Series in Japan.

No real surprises here. J:Com is evidently a company that does cable, cell phones and internet, that kind of thing. People in Japan love to give and receive little gifts, and if you've ever been to Japan in summer, you can see why a little fan would be a great, useful gift.
But turn it around...

Does the little guy look like he's cursing out his teevee? Or, J:Com is a company that aims to serve the ever-expanding population of whistling red marbles? Or...what?
