[Former Mayor of Wasilla John] Stein says that as mayor, Palin continued to inject religious beliefs into her policy at times. "She asked the library how she could go about banning books," he says, because some voters thought they had inappropriate language in them. "The librarian was aghast."

I kind of figured she might not be too bad at first, if a bit of a quick grab [cashing in on both the "hey a girl!" of Clinton fans, and "hey, a young person with a family!" of Obama fans- people seem to overlook that it was as much a grab at his people as Hillary's], but the crazy just keeps piling on as if she were Cheney's Protege from day one, groomed in secret, as some kind of horrific evil twin of Tina Fey [who I hope pops up on SNL at random to play her this season].

This is just kind of scary 0_o

I'm guessing Condaleeza Rice just kind of washed her hands of the whole affair, and is going back to academia and concert piano performances.....
