Did you wonder with all our perseveration regarding baby polar bears and WiFi that we might've forgotten all about Stitchie stuffs????

Wonder no more!

And, yeah, we know, there's the mock Starbucks logo, but on the other hand, tea kettle, so there is the "lost in translation" kinda element, but still, it comes with a kawaii potholder, so hush up!

*squint* I think that actually IS for coffee--the single-cup thing where you put a filter in a holder on top of a cup, and put coffee in there (or you can buy 'em with coffee already in at Japanese grocery stores), and then you pour hot water through. That style seems to be way more popular in Japan than here, though I do it at home now. Doesn't the top one look like coffee more than tea?

(I hope I don't sound like a knowitall, because I'm just pulling stuff out of my butt--just halfbaked educated guesses. :P)

I bought a Wall-E gachopon at the mall today, and of course didn't get anything I really wanted. Bah. I'll never learn.

Actually, I was thinking it would be a cool thing to use with a French press for coffee! So, y'all may be right.

They have Wall-E minis? I so didn't need to know that.... ^_^

I know, I'm so going to be looking for the rest. I have an excuse, too--and an excuse to go Ghibli-shopping at Kinokuniya: C. has a desk and an office! So he needs stuff to put on it! Clearly! xD

mmm just finished a cup of tea in my stitch - warning bad levels rising. I love that mug. I still want to get one like I got you with the stitches and stars all around it. I'll wait until the sales!
Ooh, I've sent a mail with all the costs in for your Stitch package, sorry it took forever for me to sit down and do it!
I'll hopefully send off the package this week before I go to NYC, if you find the shipping costs are okay!

Hi! I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "big Stitch figures." Do you mean a big plush toy? And how big? Or are you looking for a particular toy?

If you are just looking for a large plush toy, have you tried looking at local arcades for UFO catcher machines?

Here's another possibility, the Disney Store in the USA carries a pretty big Stitch:

http://disneyshopping.go.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/DSIProductDisplay?catalogId=10007&storeId=10601&productId=1227513&langId=-1&categoryId=21037&catalogFromSearch=10007

I don't know whether they ship overseas though. You may have to have a friend in the US get it for you and then ship to Singapore.

And one last thing: try searching for Stitch on eBay, and use a filtered search to see if any of the dealers are located in Singapore. I know there are merchants in Hong Kong who sell Stitch, but I'm not sure about Singapore.

Hope this helps.

Tikistitch,

Thank you so much for replying!!! You dunno how happy we see your reply.
My brother in law is looking for a Anniversary gift for my baby sister and we are helping him sourced. We found one on Ebay that was for Xmas, other than that the Japan & US Disney website dun shipped overseas.

We are looking for the 18 inch ceramic postman stitch that you posted on June 11,08 ->http://tikistitch.livejournal.com/tag/stitch+ceramic

Are you able to give us the contact/website for the Hong Kong merchant? Or advise we can get from Asia? Thank you so much and awaiting for your advise :)

Regards,
Yiyi

The postman statue came from the Japanese Disney Store online:

This is the link to the postman Stitch statue:

The thing is, I don't know whether the Japanese Disney store ships overseas to Singapore. I suspect it doesn't, but I don't know. I bought the items through an agent, Celga.com. They are a buying agent that takes care of buying the things for me and shipping them to the USA, for a fee. But, I don't know whether they would be willing to ship to Singapore either!
