Ohana means breakfast

The time? Just before 11 am, eastern time. The place? The Polynesian Resort, Dizzney's most-est tiki-est resort. The players? Eight supposedly full grown adults (the person who booked us was a bit nonplussed).



It's tiki time!!





Yes, not only did tiki attend a character breakfast down here, but she dragged her husband, and six of our friends!!!



Which was good, as there were gazillion people manning the cameras for this historic occasion.

And here it is!!!

People asked about 8,546 times if we were hyped up. Maybe it was all the squealing?

I dragged Daniel to the Winnie the Pooh character lunch/buffet. I will never forget the look of barely controlled rage on his face when Tigger started clowning around with him.

(Lest people think Daniel is a curmudgeon, I must say in his defence that he was mauled by Pluto as a young 'un. He comes by his mistrust of costumed characters honestly.)

Yes!! But as far as I know, only at Disneyland and Walt Disney World. You might ask EuroStitch about extending the service to Paris Disney. Oh, and I was informed that Stitch does't "do" dinner - he only appears at the Ohana breakfasts.

The characters seem to really get into it, as they're not exiled to stand out in the 100 degree heat, but instead scampering around a nice air conditioned restaurant.

The characters always seem to be having a great time at these breakfast things. I think it's because they're grateful to be working inside at a nice air-conditioned restaurant. Lilo and Stitch were great with me, but I have pictures of Stitch working his mischief with some of the naughtier members of our party.
