It's true.

So, we spent approximately 12 hours at the Dizzney parks yesterday - 14 if you count dinner at Downtown Dizzney. We started at the Whatever studios (used to be MGM, but they renamed it) sometime along the afternoon tiki got whiney to get to see Stitch's Great Escape. We thought there couldn't possibly be much more merch, but....

WE WUZ WRONG!!!!

Oh, yes. And THEN Mr. Tiki dragged our wailing butt over to Main Street, where there was yet more merch. YES!! And, we don't even KNOW what all we got, since some of it was a SOOPER SEKRIT BIRTHDAY PRESENT from Mr. Tiks himself (oh yes!), and, he had it sent, so tiki won't break it on the way back, so we won't see for two weeks. Ooo, the pain! Naughty Stitchie husband....

As for The Ride, well, it's darned awful cute. If you are as obsessive about a certain blue character as tiki, it's kind of nirvana-ish, as it comprises about 10 minutes of close encounters with a very cute animatronic Stitch, and various Stitchie teasing and blowing bad alien breath at you.

To be quite honest, for most adult persons, the ride seems like it would be, well, BORING. And for littler kids, quite possibly too scary.

Which means the ride was designed for more or less one person in the world. Who is tiki. Yay, we rock!

(BTW, the last three pix are by Mr. Tiks, they're a cool Stitchie mural above the Stitchie shop. We are so blissed.)
