hi! Mara said that you had one of the Mari-mete SDs? I'm Aimee from DOA. I won Sachiko's Mari-mete outfit (supposedly sd13 size) off YJ (I went to a lot of expense to get it actually!) . I really like the series and I cosplay Sei from it and wanted my Madoka to cosplay Sachiko.
but I can't seem to fit the outfit on either my SD or SD13 girls... it wont go past their shoulders or hips, neither one! I'm at a loss as to how to get it on without splitting some seams on the outfit. *___* any ideas?
I went to dig out the old posts I made when I first got Sachiko. I thought that maybe I'd actually immortalized my struggle with the dress in pictures, but no such luck:
Anyway, I ended up flipping her *upside-down*, and just slowly slowly pulling the dress up from her feet and over her hips. It wasn't pretty, but as you see, it did finally go on. It's a tight fit, but that was the only way I could see short of restringing the doll!
