So, we're gossiping with our barista this morning (since, as you know, Baristas Know All), and we're asking what's going to become of Ye Olde Tower Records building, seeing as it's finally being gutted. "Urban Outfitters," was the answer, which is good news, although, probably mixed news for the tiki bank account, as we have this terrible tendency to pick up too many rubber devil duckies and the like.





Anyways, the Tower store had been sold down to the fixtures, and there were these two guys working, carting out all the wooden shelves and suchlike. They were placing the fixtures in a flatbed, and then they'd SMASH THEM. They'd stop them, they'd smash them with a hammer, they'd whack them with a crowbar. SMASHIE SMASHIE SMASHIE. O, the glory!

.. how freaky is the fact i showed the previous stitch cofee cups to my sister ( a starbucks barista) a couple days ago and now you make this entry? O_o
