That's hula dancing stitch from the US Disney store last summer. They had a different, similar one this summer--he's got maracas.

The funniest thing is, though I didn't show it in the video at the time, this thing keeps going on and on and on and on!! Either very cute or very annoying, depending on your mood.

I just got friended on YouTube for that video. It's a kid who makes little films with silly plush toys! I have found My Tribe!!

Yeah, I saw the one this year. Couldn't find one that was working in the store, though, because people probably wore out all the batteries. :)

I think the Hula one is better. From what I saw at Disney the Hula one has more stuffing than the Maracas one (but I got the Maracas one because it had more LATIN FLAVOR)
