Can we stop with these bashing the President things? It's old, he's in there for the whole term so seriously let's move on. No, I don't agree with everything the president has done (Border Security for an example) but there are more important things going on in the world...

All politicians are annoying in some respect. The End.

It's been amusing to talk with our guests from out of the country. They never say, we disagree with his policies. It's always, "Your president is STUPID!"

As do I, and people outside the US have never been shy about discussing that (I lived in England during part of Ronald Reagan's presidency, so I had a *lot* of lively discussions). But, this is the first time I remember people going, "Dude, your president--he's STUPID." It's like having a really embarrassing cousin or something.

I was saying in general. We don't need to keep being so devisive. We should come together on something because there are a lot more important things out there. That's all I was saying. I wasn't telling Tikistitch not to post whatever Tikistitch may want to post. Of course you have a right to post whatever you please.

If you get annoyed by politics, by all means, just skip to the posts with the pretty dollies & silly stitchies. I was raised in a family of flaming New Deal democrats, and married into a Cuban family, so nobody around me has ever been shy about voicing their opinion. But, not everybody's that way.
