What about a very small pile o' Stitchies?
And, er, Elmo. And Big Bird. And Cookie Monster....
These might be intended for claw machines. They have Disney markings on the back, so they're probably licensed. The puzzlement here is more the Sesame Street items we received with the pile, as anyone small enough to be fans of Cookie Monster and his buddies would also probably be small enough to pop these babies into their mouth. Though, maybe Japanese kids are smarter than American kids--no big surprise there!
