Mad Monster Party: PARTY TIME!!!

Finally! It's time to par-tay with our fellow Eeeeevil Monster-Makers.

NOTE: Some of the partygoers were perhaps overly influenced by the great quantities of flesh-colored Super Sculpey available in the Make-A-Monster kits, resulting in a few clever monstrous creations which might be potentially offensive to certain people. If you believe your worldview will be unutterably disturbed by viewing images of little clay figures sporting pubic hair, please, DO NOT CLICK.





Boneboy's eeeevil minions were already furiously at work--they had transformed Our Host's kitchen table into a Monster Laboratory.

Hmmm, this scorpion guy looks kinda fishy....



Uh-oh, Frosty's had a terrible accident!!



Andy's creation: obviously influenced by Ed "Big Daddy" Roth, a surfeit of flesh tone super sculpey, and a couple of Margaritas.



Our personal fave: Devil Doggie! The artiest, Joe, based it on his own doggie, Eddie, who is not a devil doggie at all (more like the doggie equivalent of a big galoot), but a worthy entry nonetheless.

I want to send a big thanks to the TikiStitches for their outstanding creation of my wonderful Birthday Monster, AKA "Tiki Stitch with a Fez". ALL the monsters turned out more amazing than I could ever imagine, everyone is getting more clay for their birthdays this year. I was so glad all my friends got into Monster Making for my Birthday, and perhaps we can have further creative group adventures.

And another big thanks to Andy for hosting the extravaganza and displaying his ability to apply his Martha Stewart skills to monster making so well - "That's a Good (Monster) Thing" and he is a most fabulous friend.

I can't wait for TikiStitch's Birthday! I better start now!
