Snow's finally gone, though it left a fine film of black ice covering the city this morning. I stupidly went running with Gus, but somehow managed not to slip (what I need are Doc Martens-soled running shoes that don't slip). Unfortunately, Gus witnessed a pretty bad wipeout by a bicyclist when he was running back. The guy was OK, but actually broke his helmet.
