I have to admit, I haven't finished watching this, but it's sort of insane. Basically, the divvied up Star Wars into like 60 second bits, and farmed each bit out to DIFFERENT amateur filmmakers everywhere. So you've got this crazy patchwork quilt of Star Wars. It's just ... I don't know.
