Buddy Boneboy loaned us about 8,472 DVDs this weekend. We saw Shaun of the Dead (two amputated thumbs way up!), Serenity (hard to admit, it's as good as they say, though we're still a bit iffy about the whole "space cowboys" thing), about 30 minutes of Brothers Grimm before we turned off the DVD player in disgust and went to find chocolate, the original about 75% complete version of Metropolis (bestest mad scientist movie EVAH!), plus Bride and Prejudice (very cute) and Sin City (way better than we expected plus a kewl scene from Quentin Tarantino plus EEEEE Benicio del Toro goodness!) and The Unforgiven (for about the 65th time) on cable, plus all 4 hours of the 24 premiere (we have NO fingernails left to chew).

Mr. Tiki is going to have about two solid weeks worth of recommended viewing when he returns.
