It's a Japanese Stitch boogie board! Which we can proudly add to our growing pile of Stitch sporting goods for activities at which we would never attempt (ie, the official Lilo & Stitch surfboard) or at which we suck (ie, the Lilo & Stitch bowling ball).
Just for comparison sake, here's the boogie board that was offered in the US from Hi C drink.
