OMG Children of the Corn Dolliehz!!!!!!

OK, OK, so it's actually "Sweetheart of the Corn", but still we don't like the way she's wielding that giant, giant spoon!!!
And, why are the "Hello Kitty Punker" dolliez filed under "Americana?" And, why does the Asian one have to wear green? Green isn't terribly punk at all. Although, neither is pink gingham we guess. Also, why does "Wendy Plays Doctor" have a face like a blow-up doll? And why does "Mommy's Makeup" remind us of Jon Benet?? Does "Bee Keeper Wendy" have something to do with the current mysterious plague that is affecting European Bee colonies?
We await answers.

Though, in scrolling down even more I notice there's also a (non-punk) "NEW friend Hello Kitty Asian." Though, the doll actually looks less of Asian ethnicity and more like she's made up to be a Romulan in the classic Trek series. Or, maybe it's the Kitty who's supposed to be Asian? In which case, does MA not know there's actually *countries* in Asia? Ya know, like, Japan 'n stuff?

I see they have a doll called "A Day at The Races." If they'd slightly retitle that one they call "An Evening At The Opera," they'd have dolls named after 2 Marx Brothers movies, and if that won't sell dolls, I don't know what will!
I was a bit concerned about "Furry Friends" until I saw it was just a doll with a teddy bear. I was afraid it'd be Wendy all dressed up to go to a furry convention, and that just might be all kinds of wrong.
The Kellogg's tie-in is a bit off-putting, isn't it...

That's EXACTLY what I thought!! It's like the Trek slash, you know, once it gets in your brain, all you can think is, OMG they are *so* in love.

...as opposed to 'Toucan Different'?
