Yep! That's Lalla Ward. She's also the one who was married to Tom Baker, for less than two years in the early 80s. He hasn't had the best track record with wives (I think he's currently on his fourth or fifth). But Lalla has been married to Richard Dawkins since 1992, after they were introduced by Douglas Adams. According to IMDB she illustrated a few of her husband's books (she gave up acting to concentrate on painting & illustration).
